Has something change within your Clinic? Maybe location, opening hours, new services or new clinicians have joined? Previous we used to ask you to email us changes, however, we have been trying to make communication easier and smoother. Going forward all non urgent changes need to be submitted via our online form or our App.
Online Web Form?
Our new online form, allows you to submit up to five changes at a time. These include:
- Adding or removing team members
- Adding new pages
- Updating prices
- Changing the content of pages
- Other minor changes

This form is saveable so you can start it and come back to it later. Just make sure you sign back into the form using the same email address as you originally start it with. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive a copy of the form too.
Please allow 10-14 working days for the updates to be completed. Every time you submit a new form, that form will be added to a queue along side out other clinics as your form is submitted.
It is very important that you make sure any information you add onto the form is 100% accurate. We are not able to proof read or edit your copy. What you submit will be added exactly as it is. If you need a more specific service when it comes to your website content, please contact us.

Website Edits App
We now have an App, you can download this onto your phone or computer. So it means you don't have to save the URL. Any time you need website updates you can just open up the App and it will be sent to us. Please scan or click the link below to download the App and start submitting your updates
Whether you use the App or Online Form, your submission will join the queue in the same way. Please also note that any incomplete forms will not be worked on, that also goes for any forms not submitted correctly. If website edits are submitted as Urgent and emailed directly to support and fall into above mentioned changes. You will be asked to completely the form, and upon submission your changes will enter the queue. So it is really important you use the form correctly to make sure we can get to your changes in a timely manner and without delay!
