HMDG Working Hours

Our general business house are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Any emails / requests outside of these times will be handed on the next working day. We do shut for Bank Holidays. 


What Happens During Christmas?

We have a Skeleton staff on between Christmas and New Year. This means we are still reviewing emails and monitoring advertising Campaigns and websites. However, non urgent emails will not be dealt with during this time. We will only be focusing on urgent / emergency issues. Once the team return for the Christmas period, they will respond to your email. After the Christmas period, please allow up to 3 business days for a response. 


Holiday Responses From Emails

If you email a team member and they are on holiday, they will also include information on how to best forward your query to get it answers. Please if your query is urgent, use the above email addresses or the email address outlined in the out of office.


If you email is not urgent they will get back to you as soon as they can once they have returned.
