Once you have signed up for Facebook, the team will take you through a few steps in order to get started.


If you are a new client you will have a call with Aimee, who will help you give us access to:


  • Your Business Page
  • Your Ad Account (if you have one)
  • Your Pixel (if you have one)


Anything you don't already have set up, the team can create for you and provide you access.


Once We Have Access

The team will get to work on building out your campaign. Once we have the following information:


  • Offer (if there is one)
  • Budget
  • Service you would like to promote
  • Duration you want to advertise for (if this is a one off or an ongoing campaign)
  • Some Images or videos if we already don't have any


Once we have what we need, we will build out the campaign, this will normally take around 5-10 business days depending on the complexity of what you need. 


Once the campaign is built, the team will if needed send you over copy to sign off. This is particularly the case if we are creating a landing page on your campaign on your website, or on a third party tool such as Eventbrite. If sign off is required, we will not set a campaign live until we have this, even if there is a deadline. So please make sure you check your emails if you are expecting this from us. 


In some cases, there is no reason for a client to sign off any copy, as it is just the wording in the ads. However, if you wish to sign this off too, please make the team aware. 


Once the campaign is ready to go live, the team will send you an email to let you know that it has been launched. Once the campaign has gone live, if you have any questions, please reach out to ppcsupport@hmdg.freshdesk.com, or via our website, or feel free to contact the member of staff who assisted you with your onboarding and they will also be able to help.
